Remove all packaging from your chosen candle and place it in a candle holder.

Play calming, meditative music, and light your candle. Place a small mirror behind the candle, reflecting the flame, but not directly facing you. Clean the mirror with vinegar and water.

Stare into the flame of your candle while also keeping the reflection in your line of sight. Say the blessing on the candle and then the following words.
“I invite my higher self into my waking mind. I ask for clarity and wisdom to fill my spirit on every level. I am one with my highest purpose and know what my next step is to be.”

Repeat that phrase three times. Stare into the flame until the real and reflected flame comes closer together. Then gently close your eyes and allow your mind to drift and your higher self to bring messages to you.

Journal as needed, and then repeat the blessing and the gentle stare into the flames until they begin to align. Close your eyes again and get the next message.

Do this a maximum of three times, then extinguish the candle. Thank your guides and higher self for the messages. Wiggle your toes and fingers to get back into the moment and reread the messages you wrote to yourself.
Repeat this as often as you need spiritual healing and clarity.
